Pricing Etiquette

Out of respect for sellers, please avoid negotiating on single-item purchases.
If you’re interested in multiple pieces from the same seller, it’s appropriate to inquire about bundling.

Sellers are expected to disclose condition accurately, please review all details and ask any questions before purchasing.
Shipping & Delivery
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Luxelings is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.
Sellers are expected to ship within 7 days of purchase.
If an item has not shipped within this timeframe, the buyer reserves the right to cancel the order.
Delivery & Review Window
Please review your item within 48 hours of delivery.
A review is required to release payment to the seller once your item has been received and inspected.
This step helps ensure a smooth and trusted experience for everyone.
If there are any concerns, please reach out to.the seller within this window so they can be addressed appropriately.
Keep Transactions on Platform
Luxelings is a small, growing platform.
Keeping purchases within the platform allows us to maintain low commissions and continue building a better experience for our community.
We kindly ask that all transactions remain on Luxelings, and that buyers do not request to complete purchases off-platform.
Transaction Fee
A 3% processing fee is applied at checkout to cover secure payment handling through Stripe.
Return Policy
All purchases are considered final, unless another return policy is stated by the seller.
The only other exception to this policy is if an item arrives significantly not as described.
