List with Care

Take time to create clear, thoughtful listings.

• Use well-lit, accurate photos of the actual item
• Stock photos may be included, but should not replace real images
• Include detailed descriptions
• Note any flaws or signs of wear
• Use condition guide to accurately list condition

Buyers should be able to clearly see the exact piece they are purchasing.

Authenticity & Product Standards

Luxelings is a curated marketplace built on trust and quality.

We only allow authentic, brand-name or original pieces to be listed.

The following are not permitted:
• Counterfeit items (replicas pretending to be a brand)
• Dupes (items intentionally made to mimic the look, design, or branding of another brand)
• Fast fashion or mass-produced items that imitate higher-end styles (such as SHEIN, Temu, etc.)
• Big box store brands or widely mass-produced retail items that do not align with the curated nature of the platform

A dupe is any item designed to closely resemble a recognizable brand, aesthetic, or design without being produced by that brand. Even if not labeled as counterfeit, these items do not meet Luxelings

If there is uncertainty around an item, we encourage sellers to err on the side of not listing.
Maintaining authenticity and thoughtful curation is essential to preserving the integrity of the platform.

Price Thoughtfully

Pricing should reflect the value, condition, and brand of each piece.

Buyers are expected to respect your pricing, especially on single items.

You may choose to offer flexibility when bundling multiple pieces.

Communication

Timely, kind communication builds trust.

• Answer questions clearly
• Respond within a reasonable timeframe
• Maintain a respectful tone in all interactions

Shipping Expectations

Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping their items in a timely and careful manner.

After your item sells: The buyer’s shipping address will be available in your provider inbox.

Please review the address carefully before shipping. If an address is entered incorrectly by the seller, they are responsible for resolving the issue.

Packaging: Items should be packaged thoughtfully to prevent damage. Clean, secure packaging is expected as part of the Luxelings experience.

Shipping timeframe: Items must be shipped within 7 days of purchase. If you are unable to ship within this timeframe, you must notify the buyer. Buyers reserve the right to cancel if shipping is delayed.

Shipping method: Sellers may use any shipping carrier or method of their choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) For the best rates, we recommend using services like Pirate Ship and printing your own labels.

After shipping: Mark the item as “sent” in your inbox. Message the buyer with: Tracking number and Shipping carrier.

Timely shipping ensures a smooth experience for both you and your buyer.

After Delivery & Payment Release

Buyers are asked to review their item within 48 hours of delivery.

Payment is released once:
• The buyer accepts the item and leaves a review
• The seller completes a review of the buyer

If the buyer does not complete the “accept and review” step, payment will be automatically released to the seller once the confirmation period ends.

Clear communication and accurate listings help ensure a smooth and timely release process.

Keep Transactions on Platform

Luxelings is a small, growing platform.
Keeping transactions within the platform allows us to maintain low commissions and continue improving the experience for our community.

We ask that all sales remain on Luxelings and are not taken off-platform.

Platform Commission

Luxelings is designed to be a low-commission, community-driven marketplace.

A 5% commission is taken from each sale.

This helps support platform operations,and continued development.

As Luxelings grows, membership options will be introduced, offering additional ways to save on selling fees.

Commitment to the Sale

Once an item is purchased, the transaction is considered final.

Please ensure items are available, accurately represented, and ready to ship before listing.
