Creating a Listing

You must have an active user account before proceeding. Sign Up or Log In

1. Click Post a new listing in the top navigation.
2. Complete the required fields:
   • Category
   • Subcategory
   • Listing title
   • Listing description
   • Size
   • Condition
   • Brand
   • Gender
   • Season
3. Optional (recommended to improve visibility):
   • Color
4. Set your price and stock
5. Set shipping fees
6. Photos: add at least 1 photo using .jpg or .png files (more recommended)

Before the listing is published, a Stripe Account must be connected for proper payout. See below for details. Once complete, continue.

You can edit or unpublish your listing at any time.

Stripe Setup (Required for Sellers)

To receive payments on Luxelings, you must connect a Stripe account.
You will need:

• A valid U.S. bank account
• Basic personal or business information for verification

How to Connect Stripe

Option 1: During your first listing

You will be prompted automatically.

Option 2: From Account Settings

Click your profile picture, > Account settings > Payout details

Stripe Onboarding Steps

1. Select account type:
   • Individual (most sellers)
   • Business (if selling under an LLC or company)
2. Select country:
   • United States only (Luxelings operates domestically)
3. Complete identity verification:
   • Enter requested personal or business details
   • Provide your bank account information for payouts
4. Review and accept Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement.

Once complete, Stripe will verify your information and enable payouts.

Bank Verification Notice

Stripe may take a few moments to securely verify your bank account during setup. This process is handled directly between Stripe and your bank.

Luxelings does not store or access your banking credentials.

In some cases, verification may require:

• A brief wait while your bank confirms the connection
• Manual entry of routing and account numbers

This is a standard security process used by Stripe for all marketplaces

Important Notes

• Payouts require a bank account (debit cards are not accepted for receiving funds).
• Verification is handled directly by Stripe.
• If the bank connection fails, you can retry or manually enter routing and account numbers.
• Luxelings does not store your banking information. This is securely handled by Stripe.
